In celebration of the second annual EU Film Festival in China, celebrities, moguls, filmmakers, and diplomats, among others, gathered for cocktails followed by the screening of the Swedish film Evil, by Mikael Håfström. The gala evening was hosted by Swedish Ambassador M. Mikael Lindström and European Union Ambassador M. Serge Abou at the Saga Cinema Theatre in Beijing.
Chinese actresses Zhou XianXin and Shen Aojun also attended the gala, as well as Wang Biao, who plays the grandfather in the Austrian film Mozart in China.
